I don't know what The neurotic's notebook
is but it sure sounds intriguing. I've been struggling with submitting this week, I forced myself to send in a submission late last night when I really just wanted to watch a bad television show.
Today, before you start writing make a to-do list of every market you'd like to submit to before the end of the month. And then follow through. Now get back to work!
